Butterfly knobs

Butterfly knobs belong to the group of clamping elements and are characterized by an ergonomically shaped two-arm grip, which makes it possible to achieve high torque with little force. Positioning and clamping are carried out without the use of tools. Butterfly knobs are used wherever frequent tightening and loosening of a threaded connection is required, including in industrial machinery, tripods, telescopic structures, or sports equipment. To provide the right type of connection for different applications, each model is available in 3 versions: with a through insert, a blind insert, and a threaded stud. The mounting elements can be embedded in the plastic or installed separately.

A type of clamping knob with a two-arm grip and an open internal thread. The through hole makes it possible to screw the element onto rods of any length, making the knob more versatile.

Butterfly knobs with blind threaded insert
A type of clamping knob with a two-arm grip and a closed internal thread. The lack of a through hole results from the closed design of the grip or the use of a masking cap. A safe model that fully covers the sharp ends of rods.

Adjustable butterfly knobs
Two-arm clamping knobs with an integrated toothed mechanism that allows the arms themselves to be rotated to any position, regardless of the tightening torque. Available in male and female versions.
