Product overview

Industrial hinges are available in “right-hand,” “left-hand,” and universal versions, with or without the option of removing them together with the door. Depending on the working environment, both metal industrial hinges and plastic hinges made of various materials such as stainless steel, zinc alloy, or polyamide are available.
Plastic hinges
Plastic hinges, usually made of polyamide, offer excellent mechanical strength and resistance to external conditions. Thanks to their corrosion resistance and the possibility of production in various RAL colors, they are an excellent alternative to metal fittings. Industrial hinges made of plastic can be smaller in size while still providing adequate load capacity.
Metal hinges
The advantage of metal industrial hinges is their high thermal resistance, high mechanical strength, and the possibility of installation by welding. Models made of zinc alloy and steel are available, ensuring durability in demanding conditions.
Stainless steel hinges
Hinges made of stainless INOX steel are distinguished by the highest corrosion resistance. They are available both for screw mounting and for welding. They are used in places exposed to chemical and atmospheric factors.
Lift-off hinges
Thanks to their movable connection, lift-off hinges allow easy removal of the door or another hinged element without the need to unscrew the hinge – one leaf can be freely detached from the other.
Adjustable hinges
Hinges with adjustable opening force and slotted holes allow additional adjustment of screw spacing, enabling precise positioning of the mounted element.
Extended hinges
The asymmetric design of the hinges, in which one leaf is wider, facilitates the installation of large and heavy covers.
Anti-burglary hinges
They are characterized by a closed outer side and concealed pivot pins, which protects them from being dismantled from the outside.
Hinges with opening angle stop
Hinges with a stop make it possible to hold the leaves in a selected position, for example at a 90-degree opening angle. In this model, an adjustable lever mounted on the pivot pin enables locking and releasing the leaves. The 90-degree stop hinge version is ideal wherever maintaining a specific position is crucial.
Hinges with mounting holes
Screwed on from the outside using screws with a cylindrical head. Elongated holes allow additional adjustment of screw spacing.
Hinges with blind inserts
They provide greater security than standard fittings with through holes, because they allow screws to be mounted only from the inside, which prevents dismantling from the outside.
Hinges with metal pins
They guarantee stability and a solid connection thanks to the possibility of additionally securing the screw.
Weld-on hinges
Entirely metal elements mounted without holes or additional fasteners, directly by welding, ensuring a durable structural connection.
