Product overview

Cable glands are used for the tight and safe entry of cables through the walls of enclosures, panels, and control cabinets. They provide an IP protection rating and mechanical fastening of the cable. We offer:
- Cable glands with metric thread – a standard solution for most industrial applications
- Cable glands with PG thread – popular in automation and electrical engineering
- Cable glands with pipe thread – for specialized applications
- Cable glands with a special clamping range – for non-standard cable diameters
- Nuts (locknuts) – for fixing cable glands in the mounting hole
- Sealing plugs – for closing unused threaded holes, with a membrane or slot
- Cable grommets – for protecting cables passing through sharp-edged openings
- Conical cable connectors – for tight cable connections
Cable ties are flexible straps with a toothed locking mechanism for bundling cable harnesses:
- Universal single-use ties – the most popular type, available in various lengths (100–1020 mm) and widths
- Releasable ties – reusable, ideal for installations that are frequently modified
- Ball-lock ties – with increased mechanical strength and vibration resistance
Cable holders are used for routing and fastening individual wires or bundles:
- Single holders – for fastening cables of various diameters
- Double holders – for parallel routing of two wires
- Reopenable holders – make installation modifications easier
Mounting bases allow stable fastening of ties and cables to surfaces:
- Self-adhesive – quick installation without drilling on smooth surfaces
- Screw-mounted – durable fastening resistant to vibration and loads
- Cross-type – allow fastening in two directions
- For direct cable fastening – with a channel guiding the cable
Strain-relief bars protect cables against pull-out and damage to electrical connections. They reduce mechanical stress acting on terminals and conductors. They are available in versions with holes for different cable diameters (Ø7 mm, Ø10 mm), with or without screw mounting.
Applications:
- control cabinets and electrical switchboards
- industrial automation and production lines
- machinery and equipment manufacturing
- electrical installations in construction
- operator and control panels
- electronic device enclosures
- cable organization in server rooms
- automotive industry and e-mobility
Benefits:
- Tight sealing – IP protection against dust and moisture (cable glands)
- Safety – protection against accidental cable pull-out
- Mechanical strain relief – reduced stress on connections
- Aesthetics – tidy and professionally organized cable bundles
- Simplified servicing – quick identification of and access to wires
- Compliance with standards – meeting electrical safety requirements
- Time saving – quick and easy installation
Materials: Cable glands are made of PA6 polyamide or PP polypropylene, resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +100°C, oils, greases, and most chemicals. Ties, holders, and bases are made of PA6 polyamide or PP polypropylene. Available colors: natural (white), black, gray. Screws and nuts are made of galvanized or stainless steel.
Product selection: When selecting a cable gland, the following should be taken into account: thread type (metric/PG/pipe), cable diameter, required IP protection rating, and enclosure material. For fastening systems, the important factors are the diameter of the cable bundle, installation conditions (vibration, temperature), the frequency of installation changes, and the type of surface. Our technical team will be happy to assist in selecting the optimal solution.
